Choosing Your Scent

New to incense? Start with sandalwood: warm, quiet and the easiest scent to build a daily practice around. Sitting longer? Agarwood rewards the longer sessions. Practising in the evening? Ambergris and the Fuji soothing blends sit at the gentler end. Each stick burns for 30 to 45 minutes — roughly the length of a standard sitting — so the incense becomes your timer.
